Editorial policy

A place enters the map if it still opens and people go there on purpose. No photo of that site, no pin. The photo is the façade, the grounds, the room, the fall or the lake — not a generic postcard of the town.

Each card gives the type, address, one useful detail and, when available, the official website. We do not include a price, hours or phone number without a checkable source. Route buttons open Google Maps and the phone's map.

Corrections from people who visited the site are welcome. We check the details and update the map when the correction is confirmed.
